Information About The Role

 

We are looking for a PMO Lead who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance. You’l bring structure to ambitious projects, keep teams aligned, and make sure what we build is not just fast but also solid, auditable, and scalable. This role is perfect for someone who can zoom out to design strategy and zoom in to audit details.

 

Key Responsibility

  1. Program Leadership & Governance
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including control documents, decision logs, and escalation formats.
  • Drive cadence for project meetings, senior leadership updates, and cross-functional working groups.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve program-level risks and blockers.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution.
  1. Strategy Translation & PlanningTranslate company strategic objectives into prioritized roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and risk mitigation planning with stakeholders.
  • Ensure programs comply with internal policies, operational standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  1. Delivery & Performance Tracking
  • Define and monitor operating projects’ KPIs to assess delivery performance.
  • Maintain project dashboards, track resource utilization, and evaluate benefit realization.
  • Conduct post-mortems and lessons-learned sessions; recommend improvements and drive continuous optimization of PMO processes.
  1. Audit & Compliance Oversight
  • Act as an internal auditor for program delivery, ensuring adherence to governance standards, operational policies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, security standards, regulatory requirements).
  • Perform periodic process and documentation reviews to ensure audit readiness.
  • Identify gaps, propose corrective actions, and oversee their implementation.
  • Support leadership in ensuring programs meet audit and compliance obligations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Project Management / Process Improvement, ideally across large-scale or company-wide initiatives.
  • Familiar with tools like Lark, Asana, Tableau, or similar.
  • A structured thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
